The first of our LIMITED EDITION rubs lovingly crafted by the same pitmaster responsible for our hugely successful blend of current rubs. This rub combines perfectly sweetness needed to marry with the saltiness of a cured piece of meat along with a touch of heat thanks to some carefully added Ancho chilli. The perfect marriage of sweet, salty, a little bitterness and the slightest touch of heat.

All rubs are made in small batches and contain no artificial colours, preservatives, fillers or anti caking agents. Some clumping will occur if kept over time. Simply squeezing the packet and rolling will remove the clumps.
