I guess this is the main question asked. Being that there are so many 'competition' rubs available on the market these days, you need a point of difference and that point of difference for us is that quite literally tens of thousands have tried and tested our rubs and sauces before you.

I have tried some of their trial meat rubs and all I can say is OMG I have tried their chicken rub and it was delicious and there black rub is great on steak and I even used it on lamb I have used their rubs on pork roast as well as ribs I highly recommend them

I went on the beginner bbq course and all I can say is “what a great entry level course. Very open forum. The guys were very happy to answer any questions.
They put new guys ease with answer “stupid” questions ( btw no question is stupid because there is almost always someone wanting to ask the same thing)
The lunch was a delicious selection of bbq meats cooked to perfection
I went to the recent masterclass hosted by Steve and Anton. I am a few years into the low and slow cooking technique and wasn’t sure what to expect. It was an awesome day and a great venue.
Great insight into the butchering of the meat by The Two butchers Steve and then a chat about about pits by Craig from Bullockhead creek smokers. To say I took away some greater knowledge is an understatement.
I would recommend this class to anyone interested in this style of cooking be it your first cook or if your a few years in. If your not interested in the cooking go for the food and a few cold beers it’s a great day. Thanks Steve and your team and I must give recognition to Emily she did not stop working all day a great effort. CHEERS
Bought some of their black rub. used it on my brisket and was amazing. highly recommended their service and rubs for people with families.
